This document (together with all other documents referenced herein) sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the website www.pc-ieftin.ro (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). The purpose of this Website is to present, promote, and sell electronic products provided by PCIEFTIN SRL, and to enable contracting with potential customers interested in these products.

Please read these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy carefully before using the Website. By accessing and using the Website, you expressly acknowledge the binding nature of these documents and agree to comply with them.

2. Definitions

  • Seller – PCIEFTIN SRL.
  • Buyer – any natural person over 16 years of age or legal entity creating an account and placing an order.
  • Client – any person who accesses the Website content via any communication channel provided by PCIEFTIN SRL.
  • Account – the section of the Website consisting of an email address and password, containing client data and order history.
  • Order – an electronic document through which the Buyer transmits to the Seller the intention to purchase products.
  • Products – any goods listed on the Website available for purchase.
  • Contract – the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer in accordance with Romanian and EU law.

3. General Conditions

By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer agrees with the communication methods used by the Seller (email or phone). All products sold on www.pc-ieftin.ro are original, delivered in proper packaging, and accompanied by a tax invoice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Prices are displayed in RON (Romanian Lei) and include VAT. Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will always be honored at the prices valid at the time of order placement.

4. Website Access

Access to the Website is available through the public domain tonerhub.eu. Users have limited access for personal purposes only and may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Website for commercial use.

5. My Account

Any user aged over 16 may create an account. By creating an account, the user agrees to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy. The account enables faster checkout, access to order history, and receipt of promotional offers.

6. Object of the Contract

The contract covers the sale of the products ordered on the Website. The contract is deemed concluded once the Seller confirms the order via email. Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer upon receipt of the parcel and full payment of the price.

7. Orders

Orders can be placed online by adding products to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process. The order confirmation will be sent via email. In case of product unavailability, the Buyer will be notified to reschedule or request a refund.

8. Prices, Invoicing, and Payments

All prices are in RON (including VAT) and displayed both in EUR for transparency (as required by EU law). Invoices are issued only in RON. Payments can be made as follows:

  • Cash on delivery (COD) to the courier;
  • Online by card (Visa or MasterCard);
  • Bank transfer to PCIEFTIN SRL’s account.

Orders are dispatched only after payment confirmation. Online payments are secured via SSL-encrypted payment gateways.

10. Product Warranty

All products sold by PCIEFTIN SRL comply with current legislation and benefit from a legal warranty of at least 24 months for consumers. In the case of defects, customers may request replacement or a full refund.

11. Returns

According to Government Ordinance No. 34/2014, consumers have the right to return purchased goods within 30 calendar days of receiving them, without giving any reason. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds are made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of returned goods, by bank transfer. Returns are not accepted for consumables or customized products.

12. Privacy

PCIEFTIN SRL processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation EU 2016/679). Data collected is used solely for the purposes of order processing, billing, and delivery. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

13. Liability

By creating and using an account, the user assumes full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. PCIEFTIN SRL is not responsible for damages arising from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the client.

14. Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes between the Seller and Clients shall be settled amicably, or, if not possible, by the competent Romanian courts.
